! Caution If the machine adopts split type, the fluorine-way connection of indoor unit and outdoor unit must be installed or debugged by the technician appointed by manufacturer. 2-4After this refrigerated water cycle machine is opened, connecting terminals can be seen and wire can't be connected wrongly. (Only high-power refrigerated water cycle machine is equipped with supply wire connection) (1)Power shall be connected to the main power terminal. If power is connected to other terminal wrongly, the water machine will be damaged. In addition, power supply shall be within the voltage range. (2)The grounding terminal must be grounded well to prevent electric shock or fire accident. (3)The terminal and wire shall be connected by the crimp type terminal to guarantee reliability of connection. (4)After circuit connection is completed, please check whether connection is correct. (5)Whether wire isn't connected completely. (6)Whether short circuit or grounding short circuit occurs between terminal and connecting wire. (7)If the operating temperature is below ５℃, please add anti-freezing fluid in the circulating liquid. ！Caution The ground wire must be connected else electric shock or fire accident will probably happen. The wiring work shall be done by professional worker. Operation shall be started after power is disconnected (OFF) else electric shock accident will probably happen. 3Operation (1)Before operation is started, operator shall check whether wire is connected correctly. (2)Whether water pipeline is correct and fast. (3)Confirm whether water tank is filled with water. 4Operate this machine and use OUT1 contact of Japan CD901 temperature controller to control the operation of whole cooling machine.ALM1 is used for alarm indication of too high water temperature, and ALM2 is used for alarm of too low water temperature. Switch power on and water pump lamp will be on, water pump starts operation and temperature controller displays current water temperature, if the water temperature in the water tank is 1℃ higher than the design temperature, compressor will start operation; the operating water temperature of cooling machine will be slowly reduced to that water temperature is 1℃ lower than the design temperature, compressor will stop. When water temperature is higher than that of "ALM1" (2℃ more than design temperature), fault lamp will give alarm, when the operating water temperature of cooling machine is slowly reduced to the temperature of "ALM2" (2℃ lower than design temperature), fault lamp will give alarm.
